What happens if I try to log in from a new device?

If you log in from a new or untrusted device, you will be asked to verify your identity by providing some or all of the following information:

• Your active card numbers.
• Your card’s PIN.
• Your date of birth.
• A verification selfie.
• Your verification request will be sent for approval

If you only have a virtual card or no physical debit card, you’ll need to provide your date of birth and a verification selfie.
