What if I want to erase all my data on Reflect?

As a regulated financial institution, under the Palestinian Monetary Authority, we are under obligation to keep your data for a minimum of 5 years for anti-money laundry and counter-terrorism purposes. These retention requirements supersede any right to erasure requests under applicable data protection laws. Therefore, we cannot erase your data in relation to your Reflect account until after this time period. However, we can assure you that your data will be held safely and securely.
